This seminar/workshop is open to everyone who would like to learn or improve on their olympic weightlifting technique. An understanding of biomechanics and programming will also be reviewed.
Lead by 35 years of experience with coach Dr. Dave Ablack, and featuring strength and conditioning coaches Jillian Halligan, Steve McCollum, and Taylor Rose.
Dr. David Ablack has been coaching Olympic Weight lifting and incorporating these disciplines into strength and power for over 30 years. He has helped numerous professional, semi professional, national, world and elite level athletes over the years. These include NHL, NFL, CFL, Canadian National and Olympic Teams in figure skating, canoe, synchronized swimming, bob sleigh and more.
